The New Skills Fund 2025 is the third edition of the funded training program promoted by the Ministry of Labor and Social Policies to support companies in updating their workers’ skills. Through the FNC, the hours dedicated to training are funded thanks to contributions from the European Social Fund Plus and the National Youth, Women and Work Program. Industrialforniture S.r.l. is participating in the initiative with a training project in technological and digital systems that involves 20 workers in a 150-hour program divided into three projects, aimed at developing and updating skills.
